We currently occupy 57,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing facilities consisting of textile facilities and production winding and two additional warehouses. JFPI has a textile plant that allows us to purchase raw materials and process our own filtration roving to our specs. In addtion JFPI sells this roving to other filtration manufacturers. Our capabilities are from .5 micron to 350 micron, 2" to 72" continuous lengths, 1-1/8" to 6" O.D., 3/8" to 4-3/8" I.D. cores of different materials and special end treatments, adapters, core covers, etc. We serve the industry with specialization and customized filtration needs. Some of the media that we wind from are (3) types of cotton, (4) types of polypropylene, (2) acrylics, nylon, (2) types of fiberglass, rayon, polyester, nomex, etc. depending upon ther chemical compatibility required.
