How can I place an order?

I want to learn more about a product, how can I do so?
You can learn more about the products we provide either through the "Products" tab or by contacting us. We recommend you read into the "Products" tab first before contacting us with additional questions!
Can I purchase a product on your website?
We do not provide a shop option at this time. We provide too many types of filters to be able to sell them on here. If you would like to order, please contact us!
I tried viewing a product and it took me to a contact page/home page.
If you tried viewing a product and it redirected you to our home/contact page, that means we do not have product page set up for that product. We do have the information, specs, and everything needed for you but you will have to contact us for it.
How quick do you ship?
This will depend on the filter entirely. But usually our ship times vary from 3-5 business days on smaller orders, and 5-7 business days on larger orders.
Is your product information completely accurate?
Our information is mostly accurate, in order to find out if our product works completely, please test it yourself. We do provide sample orders.
